Purpose of the platform

The member area allows users to open and track projects, send materials, receive deliveries, view updates and manage documents related to the contracted audio services.

Account and security

Users are responsible for the information they provide and for protecting access to their accounts. Activities performed through an authenticated account will be considered associated with the respective user.

Submitted content

Users declare that they are authorized to submit the files and information they provide. Content will be used only to carry out the project and must not infringe third-party rights.

Service agreements

Scope, fees, deadlines, revisions, rights and any royalties are defined in the proposal or the specific contract for each project. In the event of a conflict, the signed contract takes precedence over these general terms.

Availability

The platform may undergo maintenance or updates. Allan Krás will take reasonable measures to preserve the security and continuity of the service.
