Data collected

We collect information provided during registration, in project briefs and in project communications, such as name, email, phone number, nationality, address and information needed to arrange and provide the services.

Audio files

Submitted files are used exclusively to carry out, track and deliver the contracted services. They are stored privately in the Google Drive used by Allan Krás and associated with the relevant project.

Use of Google Drive and Google Docs

The integration uses the Google Drive and Google Docs APIs to create folders, organize materials, generate documents and make deliveries available. Allan Krás Audio does not sell or share this data for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Working materials submitted by the client may be removed after 180 days. Final deliveries and contractual documents may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill the contract and meet legal obligations.

Security and access

Access to materials is limited to the client associated with the project and the platform administration. Authentication and authorization controls are applied to protect accounts and files.
